It all started when...

Not just the gyms, but practically the entire World shutdown due to the COVID19 Pandemic. My entire life revolved around the gym and overall fitness.

I couldn't believe it...

I was forced to change my entire daily regimen and by doing so I was able to buy time... ALOT OF TIME! Although, it isn't just about gaining time... in a sense just like money, it's about how you invest it.

I made this change and...

I got into the best shape of my life... physically, mentally, and emotionally. Which in return completely strengthened the foundation of my business practice. Now that I truly understand the concept of buying time, I've been helping many others do the same!
